Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Director, Data Science, Customer Experience to lead the CRM-driven customer engagement strategy. You will own the science behind retention, uplift, and next-best-action, and you will manage a team of data scientists and applied AI engineers.

Collaborating with CRM, VIP, Marketing and Data Engineering, you will move from rules-based campaigns to model-driven decisioning while ensuring responsible gaming and compliance. You will report KPIs and help plan headcount.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or ML, with 3+ years leading teams and shipping models.
• Deep expertise in CRM and lifecycle science: propensity, churn, uplift, next-best-action, optimization.
• Strong experimentation and causal inference foundations and real-time ML in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Experience science roadmap, KPIs, and production health for CRM models.
• Lead and grow a team of data scientists and applied AI engineers.
• Partner with CRM, VIP, Marketing to optimize targeting and journeys.
• Drive automation of CRM with AI agents and LLM workflows.
• Measure incremental impact with Marketing and Finance and ensure compliance.
