Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is expanding its Clinical Assessment Technologies (CAT) team. We seek a senior clinician with a strong track record in trial assessments and leadership.

The candidate will engage senior management to set strategic goals, develop QMDs, and help grow CAT through proposals and capabilities presentations. Applicants should have a Master’s in life sciences, 10+ years in clinical trials, and experience mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of clinical trial experience with clinical assessments and project leadership.
• Preferred 4+ years of managing team members or providing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Engages with senior management to establish strategic department initiatives and objectives.
• Drive new QMD developments, including authoring and reviewing QMD documents and guidance documents.
• Identify and develop new service arms; improve existing service arms.
• Drive CAT business development activities, including proposals input and bid defense participation.
• Identify clinical needs for upcoming and current projects; track and review with CAT staff and leadership.
• Develop assessment training content and plans; ensure curriculum and materials meet protocol and sponsor requirements.
