Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead and coordinate global clinical studies in a regulated environment. The role involves managing timelines, budgets, resources and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical project management, strong knowledge of GCP, and experience with CROs and multicenter studies. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical project management within a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or CRO environment.
• Proven experience managing clinical trials and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of GCP and applicable clinical research regulations.
• Experience working with CROs, clinical sites and external vendors.
• Experience managing international and/or multicenter clinical studies is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; French and/or additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical projects from study start-up through close-out.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources and key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Data Management and external partners.
• Oversee the selection, initiation and performance of clinical sites.
• Manage relationships with CROs, vendors and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure clinical activities are conducted in accordance with protocol requirements, GCP and applicable regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Ensure the quality, completeness and timely delivery of clinical documentation and study deliverables.
• Prepare and contribute to audits and inspections.
• Provide regular project updates, status reports and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical project management processes and practices.
