Job summary

Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in our Central New York programs. You will assist with daily living, monitor health and safety, and help residents participate in community activities.

No previous experience is required as we offer paid training and a NYS Driver’s License is required for this role. We provide competitive benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
• No previous experience needed - we provide paid training!
• Full-time, part-time, and weekend only opportunities exist.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, support, and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Attend to personal care needs and monitor health and safety.
• Assist in daily housekeeping and maintain documentation at site(s).
• Transport and accompany people we support on community activities.
