Job summary

Your tasks

In this role, you will design, operate, and continuously improve our modern digital workplace platform with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, endpoints, and collaboration:

• Administration and continuous development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management)
• Implementation and maintenance of security policies including Conditional Access, Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), and endpoint security controls
• Administration and configuration of Microsoft Teams including telephony
• Setup and operation of Teams Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Session Border Controllers (SBC)
• Management of phone numbers, calling, meeting, and voicemail policies
• Troubleshooting of voice, meeting, and conferencing issues
• Administration and support of Microsoft Teams Rooms and conferencing room solutions
• Introduction and adoption of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365
• Documentation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of deployed digital workplace and communication solutions

Your profile

Technical Skills

• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot, device strategies)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony (Calling Plans, Direct Routing, SBC)
• Basic understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Copilot for M365
• Solid background in Modern Workplace technologies, device management, and endpoint security Support & Rollout Experience
• Experience in client support and large‑scale rollouts of devices and services
• Second‑level support for Microsoft 365 and device management, with occasional first‑level support involvement

Automation & Scripting

• PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administrative tasks are a plus

Personal Skills

• Strong service‑oriented and team‑focused mindset
• Analytical thinking, strong problem‑solving skills, and a structured working approach
• Excellent communication skills, good English and German as an advantage.
