Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Expert Java Developer (Flowable) to join a team responsible for real-time streaming and time-series platforms.

Hybrid work with at least 3 days weekly in Cracow office, focusing on Java, Flowable, and microservices across distributed teams. You'll design, implement and maintain high-performance systems, collaborate with multiple technology teams, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity and code quality.

Formación

• 15+ years in Java development with Flowable and Spring Boot, banking domain preferred.
• Strong ORM knowledge (JPA/iBatis) and REST API design.
• Experience with Azure AD and OAuth security, Kafka and data streaming.
• Proficiency with CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, Redis in real-time apps.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Maven/Gradle in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and agile collaboration across teams.

Job Overview

Expert Java Developer (Flowable) - hybrid from Cracow. The person in this role will join a team responsible for delivering and maintaining high-performance, real-time streaming and time-series data platforms. The role requires extensive hands‑on experience with Java and Flowable within microservices architectures, and the ability to collaborate with multiple technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable global solutions.

Note: This is a hybrid model arrangement with at least 3 days weekly in the office in Cracow.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for tasks transferred from another vendor, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer.
• Design, develop, and implement new functionalities using Java, Flowable, Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Maintain and support existing applications, diagnosing and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions for microservices and data streaming solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and operations, to deliver robust solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted software development tools and practices to improve productivity and code quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (more than 15 years) in Java development, with demonstrable expertise in Flowable and Spring Boot, ideally in a banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of ORM frameworks such as JPA and iBatis.
• Experience with security technologies including Azure AD and OAuth.
• Practical experience with Kafka and data streaming architectures; expertise in high-throughput, real-time systems is required.
• Familiarity with databases and caches including CosmosDB, PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and working within Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and dependency management experience with Maven and Gradle.
• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals and modern software development lifecycle practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and to work effectively across distributed teams.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools in the software development process.
