ALTEN Kraków is seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to create high-fidelity models of electronic components and systems, validate designs, and drive simulations across analog, digital, and mixed-signal architectures. The role emphasizes mentoring, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with hardware teams to advance automotive and embedded electronics technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic circuit simulation, modeling or validation.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Hands‑on experience with SPICE-based simulation and electronic modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of LTSpice, HyperLynx, Ansys Electronics Desktop, Maple, Mathcad or similar.
• Expertise in at least one area: Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, EMI/EMC, WCCA or transient analysis.
• Proven problem‑solving skills in complex engineering environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Professional English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity digital models of electronic components and complex systems.
• Predict system behavior, identify design risks and optimize performance long before physical prototypes exist.
• Perform advanced simulations across analog, digital and mixed-signal architectures.
• Develop automation scripts and simulation workflows that accelerate product development.
• Partner with hardware, system and design teams to solve critical engineering challenges.
• Drive technical decisions through data-driven analysis and simulation insights.
• Mentor engineers and help shape simulation best practices across the organization.
• Influence the next generation of automotive and embedded electronic technologies.
