Job summary

Danone is seeking a Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement Manager to drive digitalization and improvements across its multi-country Central Europe Operations network. The role blends hands-on technical development with end-to-end ownership and measurable business impact.

You will work with Operations and IT teams at local, European and global levels, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling the community in Power Platform, Power BI, Excel/VBA and SAP scripting.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or higher education in a relevant field or equivalent practical training.
Experience with digital transformation and continuous improvement in a multi-country setup.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Query and SAP scripting.
Experience taking ownership of end-to-end solutions from design to deployment.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coach other developers.

Responsibilities

Lead intake process to understand Operations needs and opportunities.
Translate business needs into practical digital solutions using the right tools.
Own solutions end-to-end from analysis to maintenance.
Design and deliver solutions with Power Platform, Power BI, Power Query, Excel/VBA and SAP scripting.
Build a network of Continuous Improvement Ambassadors across Operations.
