Job summary

You will partner with business, IT, and functional stakeholders to translate process excellence goals into digital systems, ensuring governance and continuous improvement across BD.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, user-centric digital workflow solutions.
• Experience with complex boards, automations, and multi-board architectures on monday.com.
• Proficiency in building advanced Power BI dashboards and DAX measures.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL design, and data transformation skills.
• Experience with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms.
• Understanding of data architecture, semantic models, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end digital products supporting BD Excellence initiatives.
• Lead advanced solution development within monday.com including boards, automations, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI solutions, dashboards, ETL pipelines, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate process excellence goals into digital and analytical solutions.
• Apply process excellence and continuous improvement to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
• Ensure solutions meet data quality, security, compliance, and sustainability standards.
