Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end digital products supporting BD Excellence initiatives with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and governance.
- Lead advanced solution development within the monday.com platform, including:
- Creation of complex boards, workflows, and cross‑board architectures.
- Development of sophisticated automations and approval processes.
- High‑proficiency use of monday Vibe, AI capabilities, and monday Agents to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Design and management of integrations, including MFT/SFTP connections and data synchronization.
- Implementation of custom applications, security models, and role‑based access controls.
- Develop and maintain advanced PowerBI (PBI) solutions, including:
- Building complex, performance‑optimized visualizations and dashboards.
- Designing and managing ETL pipelines, data models, and semantic layers.
- Creating and optimizing DAX measures and calculated logic.
- Ensuring clean, governed datasets and well‑structured views for enterprise consumption.
- Work with Databricks and enterprise data platforms to support scalable data processing and analytics.
- Partner with business, functional, and IT stakeholders to translate process excellence goals into digital and analytical solutions.
- Apply process excellence and continuous improvement principles to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and improve operational outcomes.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for data quality, security, compliance, and sustainability.
Job Qualifications
- Advanced experience with monday.com, including complex board design, multi‑board architectures, advanced automations, workflow orchestration, and high proficiency in monday Vibe, AI features, and monday Agents.
- Extensive experience with integrations, including MFT/SFTP connections and custom application implementation.
- Strong experience designing scalable, user‑centric digital workflow solutions.
- Multiple years of hands‑on experience with PowerBI, including development of complex visuals and executive‑level dashboards.
- Strong command of DAX for advanced calculations and metrics.
- Deep experience in data manipulation, modeling, and transformation.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, optimization, and data preparation.
- Experience designing and managing ETL processes.
- Work experience with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, datasets, semantic models, and view design.
- Background in business process management and process excellence, with the ability to translate functional process thinking into digital and analytics solutions.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in complex, matrixed environments.
Salary Range
Annual salary range: zł 156,700.00 – zł 238,975.00 PLN.
