Accenture Poland, located in Warsaw city center, is seeking a Digital Advertising Technical Analyst to manage technical onboarding, support advertiser integrations, and improve the self-serve advertising experience. You will work across chat, email, and phone channels to resolve advertiser questions and ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in customer service, digital marketing, online advertising, or social media.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, and/or JavaScript, preferably in a digital advertising or technical support setting.
