Qualifications

Requirements
  • Passionate leader with min. 3 years of team management experience (min. 5 people in the team)
  • min. 5 years of experience in ecommerce (especially in the product eMerchandising on eRetailers pages), deep understanding of the industry
  • Advanced English level - min. C1
  • Experience and knowledge of the FMCG industry
  • Ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach
  • Experience working for a digital agency will be a big plus
  • Experienced in working with various (preferably international) clients and ability to build long-term relationships with them
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, as well as present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner
  • Experience in budget management, P&L reports
  • Assertiveness, the ability to resolve conflict situations and make difficult decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to quickly respond to changing market dynamics, technology trends, and business requirements in the rapidly evolving digital landscape
Responsibilities
  • The role combines operational, account management and team management activities. The mission of this position is to lead and inspire the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets, and quality and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, and continuously improving the overall client experience
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for clients to drive online sales, enhance user experience, and achieve business objectives. Presenting creative, innovative ideas and discovering new clients’ needs
  • Managing a market-dedicated team and supervision of their scope, performance and KPIs, maintaining on‑time and high-quality task delivery within the desired budget, and task allocation
  • Day‑to‑day analysis of team efficiency and ability to recognise and deliver improvements to people and processes
  • Serving as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing people within the team, providing feedback and performance review, and encouraging professional growth
  • Monitor and manage the regional budget, ensuring profitability and alignment with P&L objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise processes and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within the existing client portfolio.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on team performance, client satisfaction, and financial metrics.
