Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Dietary Supplements Quality Specialist to drive quality excellence in a fast-paced, international environment. You will ensure quality documents are current, advise on quality questions, manage complaints and non-conformities, and support product release across the MRS landscape.

With expertise in auditing, complaints handling, and regulatory navigation, you will utilize IT tools like SalesForce and SAP to support continuous improvement of the Market Ready Solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in food science or similar.
• Experience in quality management.
• Auditing and complaints handling experience.
• Familiarity with IT tools (SalesForce, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all quality-related documents are up-to-date and aligned with DSM documentation templates.
• Advise and support on quality-related questions across the business.
• Manage complaints and non-conformities connected to MRS suppliers and support investigations and resolutions.
• Perform compliance verifications per EMEA regulatory inputs and support product release.

Play a key role as Dietary Supplements Quality Specialist in ensuring quality excellence in a dynamic international environment.
