Job summary

dsm-firmenich AG is seeking a Dietary Supplements Quality Specialist to ensure quality excellence across our global organization. You will collaborate with business units and support functions to maintain OTIF performance, navigate regulatory requirements, and continuously improve the Market Ready Solutions quality system to support customers and business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in food science or similar.
• 1+ years in quality management.
• Experience in auditing and complaints management.
• Experience with IT and quality tools (SalesForce, SAP).
• Experience in matrix organization in an international company.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all quality related documents are up-to-date and consistent with DSM templates.
• Advise and support in terms of quality related questions.
• Manage complaints process and non-conformities connected to MRS suppliers and support investigations.
• Compliance verifications according to EMEA regulatory input.
• Registration of quality documents, actions, data in relevant DSM data bases.
• Product release.

Play a key role as Dietary Supplements Quality Specialist in ensuring quality excellence in a dynamic international environment. Collaborate across business units and support functions to deliver products OTIF, navigate diverse regulatory requirements, and continuously improve the Market Ready Solutions quality system to support customers and business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all quality related documents are in place, up-to date and consistent with dsm-firmenich documentation templates.
• Advise and support in terms of quality related questions.
• Manage complaints process and non-conformities connected to MRS suppliers and support them in investigation, troubleshooting and finding solutions.
• Compliance related verifications according to EMEA regulatory team input.
• Registration of the quality documents, actions, data in the relevant dsm-firmenich data bases.
• Product release.

You Bring

• Bachelor /Master’s degree in food science or similar.
