Job summary

A leading technology provider is seeking a DevOps Tech Lead for a strategic project that focuses on developing an advanced agent orchestration platform. This remote position offers the chance to influence design decisions early in the project through the collaboration of multiple international teams. Candidates should have experience as a DevOps Lead and knowledge of cloud technologies, automation, and system design. The contract is for 12 months, fully remote, with opportunities for prolongations.

Qualifications

Summary: The DevOps Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in a strategic project focused on developing an advanced agent orchestration platform. This initiative involves multiple teams and business lines, with the primary goal of integrating various agents and MCP servers to enhance service offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Design and construction of infrastructure architecture for a new agent orchestration platform.

• Creating the foundations of CI/CD, automation, and operational standards for the entire project.
• Select technologies, tools, and DevOps best practices tailored for a multi-agent environment.
• Coordinate the efforts of a growing DevOps team (currently being assembled).
• Work directly with technical leaders, overseeing the involved teams.
• Ensure infrastructure consistency across the various business and technology teams involved.
• Participate in platform development planning and defining operational standards for MCP agents and servers.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a DevOps Lead / Senior DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer.
• Practical knowledge of cloud technologies (MS Azure).
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Automation, and IaC (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, etc.).
• Experience in designing scalable system architectures.
• Ability to coordinate teams and collaborate with technical leaders.
• Previous experience in AI/agent systems is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in additional cloud platforms.
• Experience with other automation tools beyond the mentioned ones.
• Previous role in large-scale DevOps initiatives.
