DevOps Engineer with Performance Testing experience (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure for performance testing in cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Automate deployments and integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
  • Build, configure, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB)
  • Implement and optimize alerting and logging strategies to ensure system reliability and visibility
  • Support performance engineers by enabling the execution of performance tests (Locust, Gatling, K6) and providing the necessary infrastructure
  • Diagnose environment and infrastructure bottlenecks, recommend improvements for scalability and stability
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps, SRE, and Performance teams to drive reliability, automation, and system optimization
  • Apply basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Java) to support automation, integrations, and troubleshooting
Our requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of DevOps or/and performance testing
  • Proven experience with Terraform, Docker, and AWS for building and maintaining scalable environments
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD for pipeline automation and deployments, and ability to integrate testing processes into CI/CD workflows
  • Knowledge of build automation and deployment strategies for seamless software delivery
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Prometheus, Grafana, and InfluxDB
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in distributed systems
  • Understanding of performance testing concepts and metrics (latency, throughput, error rates)
  • Ability to support execution of performance tests with Locust, Gatling, or K6
  • Very good command of English min. B2 level
