Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a DevOps/Cloud Engineer to strengthen our cloud infrastructure from Poland. You will monitor, automate, and secure our environments, using Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics, while managing CI/CD pipelines.

You should have 4+ years in similar roles, hands-on Azure expertise, Docker and Kubernetes experience, and IaC with Terraform. English at B2 level is required while offering flexible office options.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and core Azure services.
• Ability to design cloud environment architecture is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Practical experience with Docker and containerised apps.
• Kubernetes or other container orchestration experience.
• Knowledge of IaC (Terraform).
• Familiarity with GitHub or Azure Repos.
• Understanding of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines).
• Basic SQL knowledge with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring infrastructure (Creating Grafana Dashboards, Alerts, Collecting Prometheus Metrics).
• Implement automated management features, such as performance monitoring, diagnostics and failover.
• Configuring implemented solutions in accordance with system security processes.
• Managing CI (continuous integration) systems and pipelines.
• Designing and implementing infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and a good understanding of core Azure services and cloud environment management.
• Ability to design cloud environment architecture would be an advantage.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, particularly Grafana and Prometheus, including metrics collection, monitoring, and visualisation.
• Practical experience with Docker and managing containerised applications.
• Experience working with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially GitHub and/or Azure Repos.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience with tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including experience working with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work collaboratively with development and infrastructure teams.
• English at least B2.
