Lever, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer in Warsaw to manage Kubernetes clusters on Google Cloud and bare-metal environments. You will drive reliability and scalability by implementing IaC, deployment automation, and secure access controls, while collaborating closely with developers to improve system stability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes workloads and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong fundamentals in Linux networking and security best practices.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot GKE and Kubernetes clusters, including node health, networking, and deployments.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Build Helm charts, Argo CD ApplicationSets, and GitHub Actions for continuous delivery.
