Job summary

Brightstar Lottery ищет опытного DevOps/SRE инженера в Варшаве для возглавления инициатив по CI/CD и инфраструктурной автоматизации. Ваша задача — повысить надежность, безопасность и производительность сервисов, а также руководить инцидентами и RCA.

Кандидат с 5–7 годами опыта в DevOps/SRE, глубоким знанием облачных платформ (Azure/AWS/GCP) и Kubernetes, особенно в multi-cluster, готов работать в Agile-командах и менторить младших инженеров.

Qualifications

• 5–7 лет опыта в DevOps/SRE/Systems Engineering.
• Сильные навыки в автоматизации и скриптинге.
• Глубокая экспертиза по хотя бы одной облачной платформе (Azure, AWS или GCP).
• Продвинутые знания Kubernetes (multi-cluster, масштабирование, апгрейды).
• Опыт проектирования устойчивых, масштабируемых и безопасных систем.
• Знания наблюдаемости/мониторинга и управления инцидентами.
• Опыт работы в Agile командах (Scrum/Kanban).
• Коммуникации на английском языке в распределенных командах (B2/C1).

• Strong automation and scripting skills
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge (multi-cluster, scaling, upgrades)
• Track record designing resilient, scalable, and secure systems
• In‑depth knowledge of observability/monitoring and incident management
• Proficiency in security hardening and compliance‑mindful engineering
• Familiar with security and compliance practices (IAM, encryption, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA as relevant)
• Clear, concise communication in English within distributed teams (B2/C1 level)
• Growth mindset with a bias for automation, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Pragmatic problem‑solving and customer‑centric thinking
• Experience collaborating in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)

The estimated starting compensation range is 161,559 zł – 248,552 zł.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
