Job summary

Inetum in Warsaw seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems, aligned with SLAs and KPIs, and to support our online shop operations.

You will work with Kubernetes, Nginx, Ansible and Python, on Linux, and manage JVM/SpringBoot based apps. The role includes on-call duties, collaboration with the shop operations team for 200 artifacts, and ongoing mentoring and process improvements within a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, Nginx and production-grade deployments.
• Solid scripting in Python/Ansible for automation.
• Fluent English and Polish communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Plan the service lifecycle from initial setup to decommissioning and implement preventive measures.
• Create and execute monitoring solutions to ensure continuous performance of shop systems.
• Handle bug reports and service tickets efficiently.
• Maintain and develop existing systems, addressing vulnerabilities as they arise.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and document operational incidents to ensure quick resolution and prevent recurrence.
• Support various projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis (minimum one week per month) to provide 24/7 monitoring and support.
• Work with the shop operations team to manage 200 software artifacts (microservices, databases, etc.).

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all assigned IT systems in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role is crucial for maintaining the operational functionality of our systems and supporting our online shop operations.

• Maintain and further develop existing systems, addressing vulnerabilities as they arise.

• Support various projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis (minimum one week per month, Monday to Sunday) to provide 24/7 monitoring and support for shop systems.
• Work closely with the team responsible for shop operations, ensuring seamless integration and operation of 200 software artifacts (microservices, databases, etc.).
