Job summary

T-Mobile Polska ищет квалифицированного специалиста по DevOps/Cloud для поддержки и развития облачных сервисов. Работа предполагает владение Azure/GCP, контейнеризацией и серверлесс-архитектурами, эксплуатации MongoDB, а также настройку CI/CD и IaC с Terraform.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с Quarkus или аналогичными Java microservice фреймворками.

• Опыт IaC, предпочтительно Terraform.
• Умение работать автономно и принимать технические решения.
• Опыт использования инструментов ИИ для разработки и автоматизации.

Responsibilities

• Развертывать, эксплуатировать, мониторить и постоянно улучшать облачные приложения и сервисы.
• Брать на себя операционные темы, включая устранение инцидентов и анализ корневой причины.
• Поддерживать полный цикл приложения: требования, дизайн, разработка, тестирование, развёртывание, интеграцию и эксплуатацию.
• Работать с бизнес- и техзаинтересованными сторонами для разработки надёжных и масштабируемых решений.
• Улучшать автоматизацию, наблюдаемость, процессы развёртывания и инструменты операционной части.

• Deploy, operate, monitor, and continuously improve cloud-based applications and services
• Take ownership of operational topics, including troubleshooting, incident analysis, root-cause identification, and implementing long-term improvements
• Support the end-to-end application lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, software development, testing, deployment, integration, security, compliance, and production support
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design reliable, secure, and scalable technical solutions
• Improve automation, observability, deployment processes, and operational tooling to increase service reliability and engineering efficiency

Требования

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with containerized and serverless workloads, particularly Google Cloud Run or comparable Azure services
• Experience operating and maintaining MongoDB, including configuration, monitoring, backup/restore, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Quarkus-based applications or comparable Java microservice frameworks
• Good understanding of Docker/OCI containers
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Ability to work autonomously, make sound technical decisions, and drive topics independently from analysis to implementation
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or comparable solutions
• Ability to use AI tools for coding, scripting, troubleshooting, log analysis, documentation, testing, and automation
• Ability to create effective prompts and provide appropriate technical context to AI tools
• Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code and recommendations
• Understanding of security, confidentiality, and data-protection considerations when using AI tools in an enterprise environment
• Interest in identifying opportunities to use AI to increase engineering productivity and automate repetitive DevOps activities
