T-Mobile Polska is seeking a hands-on DevOps Cloud (Azure) Engineer to support reliable operations, automation and continuous improvement of SaaS/PaaS platforms in a dynamic cloud environment. You will join a small, self-managed team spanning public cloud platforms.

Responsibilities include setting up sandboxed cloud environments, automating infrastructure, developing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining monitoring and reliability while collaborating with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Job description

Location: Warszawa, ul. Marynarska 12 or mostly remotely (office presence 1x/quarter)

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Cloud (Azure) Engineer to support the reliable operation, automation and continuous improvement of SaaS/PaaS platforms in a dynamic cloud environment. You will join a small, self-managed team working across public cloud platforms.

What you will do

• Set up and operate customer sandbox and cloud environments.
• Define and perform operational tasks based on service-operation best practices.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment and configuration processes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and reusable deployment templates.
• Administer Linux-based systems and cloud environments.
• Support containerized and distributed applications.
• Improve monitoring, observability, reliability and troubleshooting processes.
• Integrate customer-specific identity, networking, API and DNS requirements.
• Adapt automations to changes in cloud and CI/CD platforms.
• Collaborate directly with customers, team members and stakeholders.

What do you bring

• Practical experience with one or more of the following public cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS or T-Cloud Public.
• Strong understanding of cloud operations and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep or comparable Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or managed Kubernetes services.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, scripting and automation.
• Experience with operational support, troubleshooting and error analysis.
• Understanding of testing, monitoring and reliable service operations.
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good command of English (B2+) and German (B2+).

Nice to have

• Experience with GitLab or GitHub pipelines and templates.
• Experience with identity and access management solutions such as Keycloak, ADFS, Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with cloud networking components, application gateways, APIs and customer-specific DNS.
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana or Prometheus.
• Experience with Web Application Firewalls.
• Knowledge of database system administration.
