Job summary

T Hub within T-Mobile is driving AI and automation for international projects. You will develop and operate AI solutions and RAG systems, working mainly remotely with occasional HQ presence in Warsaw.

The role requires Kubernetes/Ansible/Docker, CI/CD, Azure cloud experience, and English at C1. You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Ansible and Docker.
• CI/CD experience (Jenkins, ArgoCD) and monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus.
• Software engineering background (Python, Java or similar).
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure); strong communication.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate AI solutions (chatbots, service bots, LLM applications).
• Build on-premise and cloud RAG solutions; use Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker.
• Collaborate with international teams; primarily remote work.
