Job summary

Softwarely ищет системного администратора для управления и развития гибридной инфраструктуры. Роль включает поддержание Linux и Kubernetes, автоматизацию через Ansible и Terraform, а также работу с GitOps и сетевыми архитектурами. Английский не ниже B2 обязателен.

Обязанности охватывают дежурство ночью/выходные по графику, работу с командами разработки и эксплуатационными службами, документирование процессов и обеспечение высокой доступности платформы.

Responsibilities

• Управляйте и мониторьте гибридную инфраструктуру (облако + локально).
• Администрируйте сервера, VMs, сети и хранение.
• Обеспечивайте доступность платформы на Kubernetes.
• Работайте с командами разработки и поддержки.
• Реагируйте на инциденты и проблемы после развертывания.
• Создавайте и обновляйте техдокументацию.
• Выполняйте обслуживание и дежурство по расписанию.

Задачи

• Managing, monitoring, and continuously expanding hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-premise)
• Administering and maintaining servers, virtual machines, networks, storage arrays, and containerized and virtualization environments
• Ensuring the reliability and high availability (HA) of an application platform based on Kubernetes
• Working closely with development and maintenance teams
• Responding efficiently to incidents and outages (from diagnosis through their post-deployment resolution)
• Creating and regularly reviewing technical documentation
• Carrying out maintenance work and handling events on-call (nights and days off, according to the agreed schedule)

Требования

• Good practical knowledge of Linux systems and the Kubernetes platform
• Experience using automation tools (e.g. Ansible) and the GitOps approach
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems in IT environments
• Understanding of architecture and LAN/WAN networking
• Knowledge of Terraform and the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concept
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (enabling fluent communication)
• Willingness to be on remote on-call duty (nights/weekends)
• A commitment to continuously improving qualifications and expanding knowledge Будет плюсом: Ability to implement security and system hardening standards; Knowledge of Prometheus, OpenSearch, and the GIT version control system; Experience administering PostgreSQL databases; Knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment; Possession of certificates confirming networking competencies

Условия

• Up to 110 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B)
• 16,000-20,000 PLN/month (employment contract)
• B2B contract for the first 3-6 months, then an employment contract is preferred
