Job summary

IntelligenzIT is seeking a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to support secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise platforms in a remote Poland-based role. The candidate will work across Kubernetes, Linux/Unix, networking, and automation to ensure secure containerized workloads and robust CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal for professionals with strong security mindset, experience with large-scale deployments, and excellent communication and ownership skills. Remote work from Poland is supported.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes deployment, operation, and troubleshooting in production clusters.
• System administration, process management, file systems, and troubleshooting on Linux/Unix.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP protocols relevant to services.
• Scripting in Python or Go to automate tasks and pipelines.
• Building hardened container images and integrating security checks.
• Experience implementing SAST/DAST and container vulnerability scanning in CI/CD.

We are looking for a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes, Linux/Unix, automation, and container security expertise to support secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise platforms.

• Kubernetes: 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting production containerised workloads
• Linux/Unix: System administration, process management, file systems, and troubleshooting
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP protocols
• Automation & Scripting: Python or Go
• Container Security: Building hardened container images and integrating security scanning tools
• DevSecOps & CI/CD: SAST, DAST, and container vulnerability scanning within CI/CD pipelines
• Experience operating large-scale, highly available enterprise platforms
• Strong communication, documentation, ownership, and problem-solving skills
