MPower Plus is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD. The role is hybrid (3 days/week from Kraków office) and offered on a B2B contract.

You will design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform/Ansible, deploy containers with Docker/Kubernetes, and manage Azure Cloud deployments while ensuring Linux-based environments run efficiently.

Qualificações

• Hands-on DevOps Engineer with at least 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in CI/CD design and automation.
• Strong IaC skills with Terraform and Ansible.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and other tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible and Python.
• Deploy and manage containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage Azure Cloud infrastructure and cloud-native deployments.
• Troubleshoot Linux-based environments and optimize operations.
• Implement monitoring/observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Splunk.
• Contribute to DevSecOps, SRE and Platform Engineering initiatives.
• Improve automation, reliability, and deployment processes.

We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with strong experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering, cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD.

Must-Have Skills:

• Terraform & Ansible – Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and other CI/CD tools
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible & Python
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes
• Manage and support Azure Cloud infrastructure and cloud-native deployments
• Troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based environments
• Implement monitoring and observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Splunk
• Contribute to DevSecOps, SRE and Platform Engineering initiatives
• Continuously improve automation, reliability, deployment processes and operational efficiency
