Job summary

Outokumpu is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the Automation & Digital Solutions Team in Katowice. You will develop and support automation, AI-enabled, and low-code solutions across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

You will build workflows and APIs, ensure secure, scalable delivery, and help establish DevOps practices within IT. English communication and 3+ years experience are essential; hybrid work model with a modern office at Żelazna 2, Katowice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in automation, low-code, digital, or software solution development.
• Experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 technologies, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Scripting and automation: Python, Bash/PowerShell; basic Linux and SQL.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development in solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Outokumpu’s Data Catalog solution and other Data & Analytics initiatives.

Job description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Automation & Digital Solutions Team. In this role, you will develop and support automation, AI-enabled, and low-code solutions that improve business processes and enable modern digital capabilities across Outokumpu.

The role covers solutions built with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related technologies, supporting both enterprise business use cases and internal Data & Analytics solutions. You will also contribute to establishing and improving DevOps practices within IT.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation, AI-enabled, and low-code solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 technologies
• Develop and support Outokumpu’s Data Catalog solution and other Data & Analytics initiatives
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and effective solution components
• Build workflows, integrations, APIs, and supporting technical solutions
• Support solution delivery throughout the lifecycle, from development and deployment to ongoing improvements
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with IT standards

What we are looking for:

• Relevant university degree or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience
• Experience in automation, low-code, digital, or software solution development
• Good knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 technologies, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Experience with CI/CD practices
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash/PowerShell), basic Linux and SQL knowledge
• Ability to use AI-assisted development in solution delivery
• Strong collaboration skills and good command of written and spoken English
