Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Developer Experience Engineer to join our Automation & Orchestration efforts in Warsaw. You will collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps, platform, security, and product teams to improve engineering workflows and promote automation, self-service, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted engineering.

You will enable CI/CD adoption, IaC, cloud-native methods, and engineering governance while mentoring teams through coaching, workshops, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, Site Reliability Engineering, or software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and modern engineering practices.
• Hands-on with GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, observability, security, and engineering governance.
• Interest in AI-assisted development, AIOps, and intelligent automation.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

• Create reusable templates, automation patterns, and self-service solutions.
• Support the development and adoption of Internal Developer Platform capabilities.

• Share knowledge through coaching, workshops, documentation, and engineering communities.

Join our Developer Experience team within Automation & Orchestration and help make software delivery faster, simpler, and more effective across DSV.
