The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients’ growth. We are looking for:

Development Manager with German

Your future role:

• Lead and manage a team of SAP developers and consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery and resource allocation.

• Drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement of SAP development projects, aligning outcomes with client objectives and PwC best practices.

• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Foster agile and DevOps methodologies to boost productivity, accelerate delivery, and maintain code quality.

• Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions.

• Promote professional development through mentoring, training, and constructive feedback.

• Implement best practices in SAP development, including code reviews, automated testing, and documentation standards.

• Manage budgeting, capacity planning, and reporting to support operational and strategic decisions.

Apply if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP incident/problem management and implementing customer-specific enhancements (change requests).

• Very good written and spoken English.

• Excellent written and spoken German.

• Strong technical background in SAP technologies, including ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and experience with SAP development tools and frameworks (e.g., RAP, CDS, ODATA).

• Experience working in agile environments and knowledge of DevOps practices for SAP.

• Knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules.

• Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional development teams, delivering high-quality solutions on time.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent relevant education.
