The ideal candidate should have proven experience in building and maintaining complex Design Systems, a strong portfolio highlighting systematic thinking, and expert-level proficiency in Figma. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role that requires 20 to 40 hours of availability per week on a B2B contract basis.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining complex Design Systems (foundations, components, and documentation)
• Strong portfolio highlighting your systematic thinking and Design System projects (case studies showing "how it works," not just "how it looks")
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like variables, auto-layout, nested components, and library management
• Deep understanding of UX principles and a user-centered mindset to ensure system components are functional and intuitive
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, especially developers
• Excellent English skills (B2 level or higher) for clear documentation and seamless communication
• Availability from 20 - 40 hours per week (B2B contract only)
