The role involves prototyping, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration with teams in Poland, Germany, and Korea. Applicants should hold an engineering degree (mechanical preferred), have CAD experience (CATIA/SolidWorks), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Engineering degree in a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Experience with CAD and PLM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update 2D/3D technical documentation in PLM.
• Design and implement component modifications and fixtures; coordinate fabrication.
• Develop and maintain work standards and procedures for R&D.
• Manage prototype builds, material prep, stock, and cross‑department coordination.
• Plan tests, document results, and release test outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Poland, Germany, and Korea.
• Prepare development plans, test schedules, and report results.
• Lead technical reviews with stakeholders.
• Support prototype purchasing and invoice processing.
