Job summary

Galderma Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team in Poland.

The field-based MSL will support the launch and lifecycle of our dermatology portfolio, build trusted relationships with Medical Experts, and translate scientific data into meaningful medical engagement. You will collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Market Access and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, evidence-driven medical strategies and integrated launch readiness

Qualifications

Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or a related scientific discipline.
Experience in an MSL or in another field medical role.
Strong scientific credibility and ability to interpret clinical and real-world evidence.

Responsibilities

Scientific engagement with Medical Experts, KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
Support pre-launch, launch and lifecycle activities for the dermatology portfolio.
Identify unmet medical needs and evidence gaps; translate them into Medical Affairs priorities.
Present complex clinical data clearly to external and internal audiences.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory teams.
