UCB is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Dermatology, primarily field-based with a Warsaw office. The role involves building scientific partnerships, delivering peer-to-peer scientific exchange, and generating insights to support local medical strategy across Poland.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, investigators, and cross-functional teams in Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial to implement medical strategies, while traveling regularly across Poland.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field is required.
• Experience as an MSL or in Medical Affairs is preferred.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and KOLs across Poland.
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange in a clear, balanced, and compliant manner.
• Generate and share medical insights to support local medical strategy and patient value.
• Represent UCB at national/international congresses and advisory boards; support medical education activities.
• Support evidence-generation initiatives and scientific collaborations in Immunology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute medical plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct activities in line with UCB policies and regulatory standards.
