Job summary

Galderma is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team in Poland. This field-based role will support the launch and lifecycle of a biologic therapy and contribute to our broader dermatology portfolio.

You will build trusted relationships with Medical Experts and translate scientific data into meaningful medical engagement. You will collaborate across Medical, Commercial, Market Access and Regulatory functions to ensure integrated launch readiness while

Qualifications

Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or related field.
Experience as an MSL or field medical role.
Fluency in Polish and English.
Strong ability to interpret clinical and real-world evidence.
Ability to build relationships with KOLs and senior healthcare professionals.
Excellent scientific presentation and communication skills.
Experience with biologic therapies and pre-launch/launch environments.
Willingness to travel across Poland.

Responsibilities

Engage with Medical Experts, KOLs and healthcare professionals to discuss disease, treatment landscape and evidence.
Support launch readiness and medical strategy for a biologic therapy and dermatology portfolio.
Generate and translate field insights into actionable Medical Affairs recommendations.
Communicate complex clinical data clearly to internal teams and external audiences.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory and other functions to integrate launch planning.
