Job summary

State Street Corporation is expanding its Alpha footprint in Poland and seeking a proactive professional to support end-to-end client service for Front Office systems. The role involves mastering Portfolio Readiness functions, addressing client queries, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery, monitor operating models, SLAs, and KPIs while promoting accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, with focus on custody/middle office or fund administration is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Portfolio Readiness functions and client servicing.
• Engage in gathering project information, facilitating client/internal meetings, and maintaining accountability across teams.

Who we are looking for

An open-minded person who would like to contribute to expansion of Alpha footprint in Poland. A professional who will join our team and will be responsible for provision of end-to-end client service, for example: comparing records of client`s Front Office System kept at State Street, flagging and resolving differences and raising inquiries with internal teams. Additionally, will be responsible for direct support of the Front Office: addressing queries and analysis of client´s portfolio. Someone who has a proactive mindset to inform other business units of potential issues further downstream. Work organization requirement: Hybrid work model with 3 days of office work per week

What you will be responsible for

• Managing day-to-day deliverables, performing checks, investigating discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues and queries
• Working as a subject matter expert on Portfolio Readiness functions
• Assisting in gathering and preparing project information by attending and facilitating client and internal meetings
• Displaying a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role, engaging teams as needed to gain consensus
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders to help aid the successful delivery of service
• Driving review of Operating Models, Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators
• Acting as the escalation contact for Client Middle Office Teams on more complex queries/issues/ breaks requiring end-to-end portfolio services support
• Assisting in the analysis of current/proposed processes and recommend solutions and process improvements
• Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and management, actively working with other team members (also from different locations) to build team spirit to be able to grow as a global group
• Motivating and developing team members, working on succession plans, cover managers´ admin responsibilities (i.e. holiday management, work time reporting)
• Ensuring equal and appropriate workload distribution
• Adhering to internal procedures and best practices at all times, and ensuring all activities are compliant with corporate standards

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business-related degree
• 5+ years of financial services industry experience: experience in Custody, Middle Office, Fund Administration functions is an asset
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Good English skills (both in written and verbal communication)
• Experience in client service considered a plus

Minimum Salary

zł132,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees. In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
