Job summary

BMW Group Poland in Warsaw invites you to join the Dealer Network Development team for a fifteen‑month paid internship. You will support ongoing retail network projects, assist with dealer implementation, and help roll out new IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student with at least one year remaining.
• Availability of 35–40 hours per week to accommodate studies.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Dealer Network Development projects and ongoing BMW/MINI retail network development in Poland.
• Assist in new dealer implementation processes, including signage, systems, and retail standards.
• Help roll out new applications and IT solutions across the dealer network.
• Prepare presentations, reports and analyses, and organize business data.
• Use AI tools and data analytics to support research, reporting and process improvement.
• Maintain ongoing communication with BMW/MINI dealer network representatives.
