Job summary

BMW Group Poland in Warsaw is offering a fifteen-month paid internship in the Dealer Network Development team. You will support network development, dealer implementation, and IT rollout across the dealer network.

The role requires student status with at least one year remaining, 35–40 hours per week, strong MS Office skills, Polish fluency and good English, plus an interest in AI tools and data analytics. Hybrid work model and international team.

Qualifications

• Student status with at least one year of studies remaining.
• Availability of 35-40 hours per week.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Polish and good practical knowledge of English.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Interest in AI tools and data analytics.
• Category B driving license.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Dealer Network Development team in ongoing BMW & MINI retail network development projects.
• Supporting new dealer implementation processes, including signage, systems and retail standards.
• Assisting in the rollout of new applications and IT solutions across the dealer network.
• Preparing presentations, reports and analyses, as well as collecting and organizing business data.
• Using AI tools and data analytics to support research, reporting and process improvement.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with BMW & MINI dealer network representatives.
