What you will do
  • Lead and develop a local team of Designated Complaint unit’s, including coaching and performance management
  • Ensure complaints are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA)
  • Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a consistent approach to customer complaints
  • Manage audits and inspections related to EMEA affiliates
What you bring
  • Experience in complaint handling within a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for complaint management
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Familiar with complaint management systems / tools
