Strong hands-on Databricks experience is required to design and implement enterprise-scale data solutions, focusing on Databricks architecture, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and governance. Responsibilities include driving performance optimization, scalability, cost, security, and governance, and leading technical design discussions with customer architects,

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Databricks experience is mandatory, including designing and implementing enterprise-scale data engineering solutions.
Experience with Databricks architecture, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Workflows/Jobs.
Ability to assess existing implementations and propose improvements, accelerators, and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-scale data engineering solutions on Databricks.
Work on Databricks architecture and data governance using Unity Catalog.
Optimize performance, address scalability, cost, security, and governance.
Lead technical design discussions with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders.
