Capgemini Polska poszukuje Inżyniera Data Warehouse do zespołu ds. Insight & Data. Praca nad utrzymaniem i rozwojem rozbudowanych rozwiązań hurtowni danych w środowisku korporacyjnym, w małym, wysoce wyszkolonym zespole.

Zakres obejmuje analizę zależności między systemami, monitorowanie ETL/ELT oraz tworzenie dokumentacji technicznej i danych lineage.

Qualifications

• Wymagane praktyczne doświadczenie w hurtowniach danych i środowiskach integracji danych.
• Doświadczenie w utrzymaniu, wsparciu lub tworzeniu zaawansowanych platform danych.
• Umiejętność pracy w uporządkowanych, procesowych środowiskach z ustalonymi standardami jakości.
• Zdolność rozumienia i nawigowania po dużych, zintegrowanych systemach.
• Wysoka dbałość o szczegóły, odpowiedzialność i jakościowe rozwiązania.
• Doświadczenie w pracy nad środowiskami stopniowego przyswajania wiedzy i głębokim zrozumieniu domeny.
• Praktyczna ekspertyza w: Oracle DB, PL/SQL, ODI, GoldenGate, Java, Linux/Bash, Git, CI/CD, Modelowanie danych i koncepcje hurtowni danych.

• Hands-on experience in Data Warehousing and data integration environments.
• Experience supporting, maintaining, or developing complex data platforms.

This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing mission-critical Data Warehouse solutions operating within a complex enterprise environment. You will join a small, highly skilled team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and ownership play a key role in ensuring the reliability and long-term sustainability of the platform.

Zakres obowiązków:

• Maintain and enhance existing Data Warehouse solutions operating within a legacy environment.
• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL/ELT processes and data integration pipelines.
• Analyze dependencies between systems and ensure consistency of data flows across the landscape.
• Implement changes in line with established standards, governance principles, and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure platform stability and business continuity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and data lineage artifacts.
• Ensure high data quality, process reliability, and production system stability.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing solutions and business processes.
