• Supporting the team in creating data warehouse designs.
• Ensuring compliance with agreed principles and processes.
• Leading the recruitment of new Data Designers.

Skills

Proven experience of leading a small to medium sized team to achieve or exceed expectations

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Experience in mentoring/coaching colleagues

Effective communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Intermediate-level SQL querying

2 years experience as a data modeller or 5 years experience of working with data in data warehouses
