Job summary

Aviva plc is hiring a Solution Designer specializing in Master Data Management to shape and deliver scalable data solutions across Customer Data Platforms. You will create end-to-end MDM designs, modernize legacy models, and work with cross-functional teams in an agile, multinational environment. Hybrid work from Poland with periodic in-office days in Warsaw.

The role emphasizes security, governance, and alignment with enterprise strategy, leveraging AWS/Azure, Snowflake, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Master Data Management platforms.
• Reltio experience preferred; other MDM platforms considered.
• Proven design, system integration and data modelling experience.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
• Strong knowledge of security practices and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL and RSQL.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools: Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
