Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a data professional to design and implement data solutions for credit risk and financial data processes in Poland. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging data modelling, APIs, and AI-assisted tools.

The role focuses on data quality, governance, and continuous improvement, with hybrid work options across Gdynia, Gdańsk, and Warszawa regions and a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data modelling and solution design.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, and data mapping across multiple systems.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and process modelling.
• Experience ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance standards.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models supporting credit and financial data processes.

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions. The project combines data modelling, system integration, and process optimization while ensuring high standards of data quality, traceability, and governance. You will also leverage modern technologies and AI-assisted tools to support automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
