Job summary

ALDI Tech Hub in Kraków is seeking a Data Scientist to drive analytics and AI initiatives within the Data Science & AI Team. You will advise stakeholders, translate business needs into data-driven questions, and deliver measurable insights using scalable no-code, low-code or pro-code approaches.

The role offers a hybrid work model with a modern office near Kraków's old town and long-term prospects within an international ALDI environment.

Qualifications

Degree in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering, or related STEM field (or equivalent).
Several years in data science, ML, or AI and proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions.
Proficiency with Python, MLflow, SQL, Databricks, Azure OpenAI and Azure ML.
Experience with agile, DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD practices.
Strong, measurable achievements from prior projects.

Responsibilities

Lead development of analytics and AI product portfolio delivering business value.
Advise stakeholders on data science opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
Translate business needs into data-driven questions and deliver actionable insights.
Design and implement scalable solutions using no-code/low-code/pro-code approaches.
Identify and integrate new data sources and support data lake environment.
Develop and validate ML/AI models with proper documentation and collaboration.
