Job summary

DCG in Poland is seeking a data scientist to develop and deploy advanced ML models and analyses to solve business challenges. You will collaborate with data engineers to build scalable pipelines and translate requirements into measurable data science problems.

The role emphasizes data ethics, clear communication to non-technical stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and integrating data science solutions into product workflows. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in data science or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R.
• Proficiency in data visualization to communicate findings.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modelling.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of data ethics, privacy, and governance principles.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments.
• Experience applying version control in GitHub and collaborating on codebases.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
