Your role

• Driving the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring best practices for reproducible research and well-managed software delivery
• Working in a collaborative, cross-functional team, sharing information, valuing diverse ideas, and partnering effectively with global colleagues
• Translating complex business problems into projects with clearly defined scope, ensuring timely and well-managed deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Fostering innovative ideas to solve real-world challenges
• Communicating proactively, sharing work effectively, and describing ideas compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Your skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in information retrieval or text summarization, with experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Strong proficiency in Python, including code review, unit testing, and working with a large codebase
• Experience with AWS
• Documented experience in machine learning/artificial intelligence, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to define problems effectively
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, designing and conducting experiments efficiently to answer empirical questions
• Fluent communication in English
