Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Data Management Specialist to join our data management team in the banking sector in Poznań. You will collaborate with business units, data owners and governance teams to improve data quality by defining, enforcing and monitoring quality rules.

The role involves identifying data quality issues, root cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions with data stewards and system owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management.
• Knowledge of Data Quality and Data Governance principles.
• Data analysis skills, knowledge of data lineage and SQL.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
• Communication and coordination skills when working with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in Polish and English at an advanced level.
• Residence in Poland.
