Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Data Quality Lead Analyst to establish and run a sustainable operating model for data concerns and adjustments within Risk. You will track quality initiatives, perform data analysis, and collaborate across teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

The role demands strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements while communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years’ experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs.
• Banking or Finance industry preferred.
• Experience with defining and delivering data quality programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others integrate to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions, deliver to tight deadlines or changing requirements.
• Effective communication across audiences.
• Collaborates effectively by building partnerships to meet objectives.
• Proactive, results-oriented, highly organized.
• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a sustainable operating model for Data Concerns and Adjustments within Risk.
• Track data quality initiatives and produce accurate data quality metrics.
• Perform analysis to understand current processes, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Design and implement process improvements to reduce adjustments and improve data quality.
• Support remediation and adjustment reduction through sustainable operating model design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand data challenges and requirements.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for governance forums.
• Support governance by delivering accurate data concerns reporting and risk/issue management.
