Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Warsaw seeks a Data Governance Foundation Sr Analyst to contribute to developing new techniques and improving processes and workflows. The role involves coordinating with teams, guiding governance initiatives, and mentoring new recruits within the Data Governance Foundation.

The candidate will monitor governance metrics, ensure alignment with enterprise policies, and influence decisions by providing data-driven advice across the function.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management or related area.
• Strong project management, communication and presentation skills.
• Optimizes work processes with focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Consult with end users to support defining and integrating processes to align with the enterprise Data Governance roadmap and/or Data Risk and Control framework and taxonomy.
• Provide technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development, and implementation of complex projects.
• Review and evaluate the work of others.
• Lead system change process from requirements through implementation.
• Apply understanding of concepts to resolve issues in own area.
• Monitor and report governance metrics including Data Governance adoption and maturity.
• Monitor alignment of processes with Enterprise Data Governance Policy and standards.
• Contribute to producing recommendations for enterprise-wide policies, standards and procedures.
