Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Data Operations Specialist in Szczecin to join our data team. You will manage data in JD Edwards and other systems, ensuring accuracy, quality, and support for data governance initiatives.

Collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to maintain master data quality, analyze data lineage, perform validations, and prepare reports and documentation related to data maintenance. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and validation.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with master data management processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and manage data in JD Edwards, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to maintain master data quality and consistency.
• Analyze data lineage, identify anomalies, and evaluate data quality metrics.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support data cleansing and data governance initiatives.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to data quality and data maintenance.
